 Hawks take out Bulldogs

NAMPA — The Skyview Hawks boys soccer team remained undefeated on the season with a 2-0 4A SIC win over the cross-town rival Nampa Bulldogs.


The Hawks (11-0, 13-0) used a whole lot of defense and just enough offense to get past a feisty Nampa squad.


Skyview’s goals were scored by Spencer Stucki and Amadeo Escobar. Escobar set up Stucki’s goal, while Fredi Rojas assisted Escobar’s goal in the win.


“It was a tight game with both teams playing well,” Skyview head coach Dave Hagen said. “We did not score until the 39th minute. Spencer’s goal was an absolute beautiful shot, coming off of� a good play by Amadeo.”
